Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

harassment

Hi, I am in an airline union that is useless. My company, headquartered in IL, continuously manages through intimidation? I am an exemplary employee that was desciplined for being late on Christmas Day. No harm was incurred by the company, I made my flight and can explain my error. Where can I go to get help? Being a union member is a detriment and the National Labor Relations Board doesn't oversee unions that fall under the Railways Act.

Re: harassment

Hello. I understand your frustration.

I have heard many employees complain

that today unions and management are

too closely bonded to benefit the

rank and file union members. This is

really a problem. You have a right

to take legal action before the matter

gets out of hand. I will be happy to

discuss this with you further and in

more detail.
