Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Can Illinois schools fire an at will employee or coach without giving verbal or written warnings or evaluations or not providing the charged person without documentation of charges. Even though the school board said they had complaints but at no time did the board president give any charges in writting.

If you are an employee at will and there are not employee manuals that lay out procedures, they can terminate.
