Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I have a question relating to employees rights should they deem to leave a workplace. My question simply is...if you have an employer that has recently changed stores hours, but has not consulted with you regarding these hours, other than posting a sign on the door, and you have had two meetings with him/her in realtion to these hours (addt'l Saturdays added) what if you can NOT come to an agreement upon requesting a meeting with your Manager...and you are forced to leave (primarily on your own concious) How does this affect your chances of qualifying for unemployment during the time you are job hunting? I've held the same position for over 14 years...love my job, and have no intention of leaving....

Your question is whether due to a change in working conditions you can be successful in applying for unemployment should you decide to quit your job. Hmm? Best answer is probably not but the Department of Employment Security would be happy to answer this question with authority: 800-322-5631
