Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My schedule time to work is 3-11:30p.m. but some days I get to work at 2:30p.m. so punch in but I never work over my 40 hrs but my supervisor changed it to 3:00p.m as my punch time can she do this I probably should add that I work for a nonprofit organization

What's your goal? Extra pay? Did you talk to her about this and why? NFP may be irrelevant here; wage laws are wage laws.

You're supervisor can't do this. But she can't write you up for punching in early.
