Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Sueing my previous employer for violating DOL H1-B laws

My previous employer is fradulently paying its H1-B employees less than what is specified in DOL's certification for the respective H1-B visas. This has been going on for years... they provide tax return preparation services for the H1-B employees. When the refund check comes, they get it endorsed by the employee and deposit it in their own account, effectively paying the employee less than the gross salary declared in the DOL certification.

I am looking to sue my previous employer for fraudulently violating DOL H1-B laws. This has been going on for many years now during which the company may have wrongly pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I am planning to complain directly to the DOL, unless you would like to pick up my case to negotiate a settlement with the company.
