Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I am a union member in the local teamsters 727 in Chicago IL. My boss has for the past several months not paid me my ot (ranging from 1hr-5hrs on some checks). Also, if I'm scheduled to get off at 8am and my relief doesn't show am I required to stay? What can I do about inadequate work conditions? No heat at some locations, rats and mice, stagnant water leaving foul smells

File a grievance and then go to the Department of Labor with the FLSA issue. They take unpaid OT very seriously.
