Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My wife was fired from a job as a receptionist at a private doctors office. My wife had only worked there 3 weeks, and was told by her boss "your voice is too ugly and harsh". "We don't want to lose patients. I told my wife what kind of f'n b.s is that? My question is can we sue the crap out of them?

Probably not. Illinois is an at-will employment state, and you can fire somebody for virtually any reason that doesn't involve a protected class (like race, gender, et cetera).
