Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I am a Landlord in Illinois. I have a contract that was only signed by the wife but I wrote the husbands name on contract but he did not sign it. Wife moved out and husband stayed but is not paying the rent. Can I simply tell him to get out??
