stolen car from a parking lot
I parked my in a paid monthly parking lot, and it was stolen while parked in the lot.
Is the lot liable for my car?, what kind of legal advice do i need and where can i get it?

You should talk to a law firm that knows how to handle "litigation." This is such a case and you would file suit against the parking lot for negligence and/or breach of contract.
