Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

veterinary starved my dog to death

my dog was at an animal hospital where he stayed for 10 day rabies watch. and the staff was afraid to feed him the food i brought from home and he went into renal failure and died on july4. he contracted kennal cough while there and was to sick to eat even when i brought him food and they did not give him medication until they released him and ststed he was healthy.

his weight on arrival 21 to 22 lbs

when he returned home

weight 15.5

low body temp

blood in urine

coughing

gaging

vomiting

dehydrated

emacated

shaking

in complete renal failure

the health of rocky was left to the cleaning man and an assistant who signed medical reports as vec tec a lic. position,rocky spent 6 day in the hospital and 5 at home and died.

but was released in good health have all medical documents and records. i am suffering form post tramatic stress and unable to function.
