Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

My 3 years old son was injured during child sport activity class at fitness center. He went lame.Since it did not releife overnight. We visited our physician next day. he did not find fractures suggeseted "unspecified injury" and said that it hopefully should gone in a week. Meantime, I'm negotiating with this fittness center to stop our classes. Any suggestions and future recommendations for such cases?

You are not giving enough information so as to enable us to figure out what is what. What do you mean by "he went lame?" and why did this happen and how was it related to the fitness activities?

I need a lot more information.
