Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

no ambulance called

I fainted at work and my now former employer failed to call an ambulance, is that legal? The reason for the fainting is unknown due to delay in treatment.

Re: no ambulance called

No one has any duty to help any other person who may need help.

It is a sad reflection upon our society but that is the law.

I hope this helps,
