children liability

My wife's father is 92 and should not be driving. If he injurys someone while driving can his children and or heirs be held liable for anything?

No. We are not liable for the "sins of our fathers". Thank goodness.

More importantly, if he should not be driving, then contact the IL Secretary of State and see if there is anything you can do.
