Personal Injury
My neighbor’s child and my son were playing. My son swung a golf club and hit her in the head. We took the child to the hospital; she was in the hospital for 2 days with a skull fracture. I just received papers that they are suing my husband and me. I don’t know what to do.

Contact your home owner's insurance as soon as possible. Send a copy of the papers you have received to them.
They will provide you with an attorney and defend you against the lawsuit.
