Condo Board of Directors

If someone holds power of attorney for a condo owner, can the person holding the power of attorney run for the Board of Directors?

I doubt it. You'd have to look at the condo docs, but it's unlikely.

It is very likely the Condo Declaration and Bylaws will not allow such a person to run for the board; you will have to review these documents to be certain. Regardless, what are the chances of other condo owners actually voting for him if he's not even a homeowner at the association?
