my name still on ex's home loan

Is there anything I can do to get my name off of the Ex-husband's home loan? We have been divorced for 7 yrs now. I also filed bankruptcy in 2003. Thought maybe that wld have taken it off of the loan. But my name is definitely on the loan. I called the mort comp. Help!!! he's ruining my credit as he is 2 mnths behind.

You should contact your Bankruptcy attorney to see if this debt was listed and/or your divorce attorney to confirm what was required of him in the divorce in terms of the mortgage. You might be able to have him held in contempt, but unless the bankruptcy took care of the debt, you are out of luck until your ex refinances.
