Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Foreclosed condo unit bought by bank on 4/22/10, sale confirmed by court on 7/13/10 and order for possession granted. When should bank begin paying condo dues? Also owner moved out 2 years ago and since then unknown individuals have occupied unit, they are not tenants, we have been unsuccessful in making this known to bank and have received no help from bank. What do you suggest?

I suggest you may be way too late to recoup old assessments if you are the Association and failed to assert your lien against the unit, or to perfect a right to possession by now. There is more info needed for a complete analysis. Take everything to a condo association attorney.
