Home ownership

i own a home with my mother however if she dies am i the sole owner or vice versa,i also have siblings and one daughter

If you own it as a joint survivor with a right of survivorship, you are the owner when she dies.

You should have an attorney review the documents to be certain. If you are joint tenants, whoever survives owns the property.

If you own the house with your mother in joint tenancy, then you own the house when she dies if you survive her. Your daughter would then inherit the house when you die. If you pre-decease her, then your mother owns the house, and your siblings would inherit.
