Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

We rented a house to a family trust (signed by the executor of the trust). The executor and her husband have fallen way behind in their monthly payments and we have issued normal 5 day notices and finally noticed them for eviction. My question is: Can we sue the trust to recover the money which they owe?
