Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

The sale of a wifes' home by her husband.

Under Illinois State law can a husband sell a home that is leaglly titled and deeded in his wife's name if she is no longer living in the state. (She is the owner of that property and has the papers in her posession)
