Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I'm being sued by the buyer of my house for not disclosing water leakage in the basement. I had the one and only crack fixed professionally that came with a 10yr transferable warranty to the new homeowner. She is claiming that water is now seeping through the basement floor. We NEVER had that happen when we lived there. Is there any responsibility on our part to have to fix this problem?
