Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Helppppp!

i was arrested last night for a speeding violation i later discovered that my liscense was suspended due to a prior accident id been involved in. Heres the catch on May 12 The secretary of state sent me a letter telling me that i had till august 17 to get Sr22 I went and got Sr22 June 26 so my insurance company should have sent proof of Sr22 to the Secretary of State immediately. What i found out was that my insurance company had submitted the wrong drivers liscense number to the secretary of state and the claim for Sr22 was rejected. Now the police have my liscense i can no longer drive and i had the Sr22 all along. Hellp what do i do?????
