Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Odd speeding ticket conditions

I was reciently caught speeding, and, as much as I disagree with the speed limit posted there, I was guilty. However, the officer checked "night" "rain" clear" "snow and "wet" under the incident. It was neither snowing nor raining when this occurred and those events seem mutually exclusive, especially with "clear" conditions. Should I just pay the fine or could a judge dismiss the case?

Thanks

Re: Odd speeding ticket conditions

This factual situation could raise the spectre that the officer did not accurately observe/record your actual speed. Have your attorney ask for a trial, and I bet you can at minimum get supervision. Good Luck!
