Didn't mean it

i got a ticket for squealing my tires should i pled guilty or pled not guilty & go see judge or jury ? i didn't mean to do it some roads wen u turn it makes noises & my dad died last week so i was getting upset , so i wanted to get to talk to some1 & went around a corner maybe 10 mph but didn't mean to what do i do ?

Depending on what particular statute you were charged with, this may be a violation that you can plea. I would suggest speaking with the prosecutor and see whether you can negotiate a supervision. This type of offense is not of the type that necessarily be deemed to be high. You probably only facing 6months of supervision, which once completed, would be cleared from your driving record (assuming no other violations are present prior to this incident).
