Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Third Ticket While On Supervision

I went years without any tickets and not sure what is going on with me but I recd one in 03/05 out of town going to grandpas funeral, another in 04/05 and took the class. I must not have read very clearly becauseI thought when I took the class that was it and just now realized I was on supervision for 6 months for the ticket rec 04/05 which started 05/02/05. On 10/07 I just recd another ticket(81 in 65 on interstate) again in a different county on my way to work (6 am) which court date is 11/2. Does supervision go from court date to court date- if so 11/2 is 6 months from 05/02. So is it possible I am in the clear. Can I take the class again since it is different county. Can I do supervision again since a different county or will the State know that I have already taken the class. Does the state know I was on supervision and keep track when it ends? I drive 55 miles to work everyday and loosing my license would cause me to loose my job in turn my house, car, and medical insurance. I can--name removed--afford to loose my insurance because I have kids and I am currently being treated for 4 inch clot in my leg. Barely making it as it is so I am wondering if I need an attorney approx how much does one cost for something like this?

Re: Third Ticket While On Supervision

YOU DEFINITELY NEED THE ASSISTANCE OF A LAWYER--NOW! The terms of supervison begin from the END of the supervision period, not the beginning. In addition, the State's Attorney may bring a PTR (Petition to Revoke Supervision). I would like to know the counties involed so that you are taken care of; please call me so that we might discuss.
