dying parent

my parent just died,i was taking care of her for 15yrs.there is 8 siblings.can i get paid for the years that i took care of her from her estate there is a will

The short answer is no. I am assuming you are in the will as an heir. The will controls. If your mother put in the will that you should be paid, then you will. However, if it's not in the will you get whatever share your mother indicated, along with the others.
