entrance to property Rights

Mother passed away in March..with no will..

Oldest brother lived with her

but did not have any bidding or legal right to house..

House was soley owned by Mother . Do other sibling have right to entrance to residency...For purposes of dispensing personal belongings to all descendents, for getting house ready for sale

You and your siblings have just as much right to your mother's property as the brother who was living with her. He would have to prove that the items were his (not your mother's) in order to keep them.

You and your siblings will want to seek the advice of an attorney to determine your rights as to the personal property AND the house.
