Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
My father recently passed away Apirl 15, 2011. He lived with a women for 25 years and in May of 2010 he married her. I know that he had left a will for me and her, Not sure any one else id involved in the will. I found out today that he left a trust and it has been already filed with the courts. What should i be doing to protect my rights a legal (only) daughter? I had to call the lawyer to even get information about the will? I feel something isnt right?

Hire counsel if you feel that something is not right. His will should be filed in the local courthouse.
