Need to know (laws and rights)

We recently lost our mother. Ive been living with her for years. My father past away 9 years ago, leaving a will Stating that at the time of there death. that my sister would be the executor.. being recently layed off from my job. she wants a quick deed. What is the validity of the will, and what should I do to keep from being thown out in the street

A Quit Claim deed transfers a persons' interest in real estate to another person or entity. You probably need to have your own lawyer look at the will and explain your rights
