Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Will contest or Civil Suit

Lived with mother for 28 yrs. Sister never around. Mother admitted into psych ward in 1993, Sister came around and had mother change will and write me out as an unloving daugher. I took care of her 28yrs and she always promised half the house to me and half to sister. Sister had mother sell house after she took her home to live with her when she got very ill mentally. Sister took all money from house. I received nothing from 28yrs. I know my mother was twisted into this somehow. I have at least a dozen witnesses family and friends willing to testify. Can I do anything about this? Thank you

Wills are ivalid if testator is mentally incompetent, and self dealing financial ploys can be attacked also, better see an attorney to protect your position.

In addition to alleging that the will is invalid, you may be able to claim successfully that your sister asserted undue influence on your mother, or otherwise improperly interfered with your rights, both of which may get you a recovery from your sister. I have handled these cases before, and would like to talk to you about it. PLease call me. Larry Stein. (630) 221-1755
