If I have the original will do I need to go thru Probate when all assets and property have named beneficiaries?

Yes you must file the will in the county where the person resided when they died. If there is real estate involved you have to ope a probate estate to transfer the property.

No. Howver, if by "property" you mean real estate then probate may be required. In Illinois you cannot name a beneficiary of real estate.
