Four year ago my dad died and left his house to his four kids in his will. The money was tied up in court due to his widow (not my mother) wanting her portion. During that time, one of my brothers died. This left three remaining kids. However, my brother's widow has now claimed that she/my brothers estate is entitled to a fourth of the proceeds of the sale. Since my brother died after the sale of the house, but not before the money was released..is she entitled to the money? Again, the will states the four children are to spilt the money.
