Re: Benifits

Your next step is to get an attorney--that is if you do not agree with the IME's assessment. You should have had an attorney from the get-go. If you think that the insurance adjuster will, by his own good faith, reconsider the findings and consider to compensate you fairly, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you!

Get yourself a lawyer. That is the only and the best advice I can give you.

Re: Benifits

You should discuss this with your lawyer.

Why would you hire a lawyer and not have enough confidence in them to ask them this question?

If you do not have a lawyer you need one right away.

There is not enough space here to fully answer your question - you need to sit down with an attorney whom is experienced in workers' compensation law to go over all of your options.

Suffice it to say that you have many options to get your benefits reinstated.
