Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

My father [(deceased) Indian Muslim] had two wives both Muslims, after the first wife died he married the second one (my mother also deceased). He had two sons from first wife and one daughter and two sons from second wife, I am the daughter of the second wife. The two sons of first wife are dead. My two brothers and me are alive, while distributing the property (about 35 years ago) they have totally deceived me and just given me a paltry share, I didn't realize this but my children now have opened my eyes. I have sent some personal letters in vain, to my two brothers to resolve this matter, they are neither replying nor talking to mr. Can I file a case now on this flagrant deception.

If it has happened 35 years ago, you are not likely to succeed in court, best option is to speak to them and try to get something on emotional grounds.
