about money and welth of father
my father has a step mother not step father.even my grand father doesn't love and take care of my father.even he has not a bit love for my pa.
if my grand pa write a note in favour of my step uncles about welth and money ,then can i claim for it.my grandpa has earned his whole money himself.
my father is alone from his mother, but step grandma has two sons.
do we have a claim of half of money or one third money.
should i claim for it before my grandpa's death or after death.
which will be in my pa's favour ?

Is it the ancestor's property or self acquired property of your grandpa?

If it is a self acquired estate you cannot claim any money AND your question is queit not clear. can you reword it much clearly apart from using short abbreviations.

since the property is self earned property of your grand father then he is free to deal with it as per his wishes and neither you nor your father is entitled to claim any share in the property.

if it is your grandfathers self acquired property then he can dispose it as he pleases and you cannot claim any thing as of right if he wills it to any body of his choice
