Legal Question in Banking Law in India

On 19 December 2012,a USA based domain selling company(Godaddy Inc.) renew some of my domains(websites) and takes the total amount from my debit card using the details I provided them at the time of their purchase for the first time. That amount was taken from my bank account without my permission.

When I ask Company's Costumer Support to refund my money back, they agreed to do so.

But I haven't received that money till date.

The company employees are saying that they have refunded the money the same day i.e. on 19 December 2012.

And the bank is saying that its not our fault and the company had not refunded the money.

To whom I should send legal notice first or should I send to both the bank branch and the respective company at their Arizona(USA) office?

Sending notice to the Company and the receiving bank is recommended.

Send the notice to both. Also modify your settings - keep auto renewal on 'OFF'.
