Legal Question in Banking Law in India
bank suspended me on 29/10/2012 and investigation completed on 29/11/2011 then bank lodge fir at local police on 24/12/2012 and give me show cause notice on 28/01/2013. is this procedure right by bank? what was next bank do with me?

Yes, it seems OK. What Bank will do, can only be based on what they have concluded from their investigation; so cannot say, what they will do.
