Re: check Bounce-Change of Address

send the notice by registered post acknowledgment to the last known address. That is all you can do. If it is returned, you can make an allegation that he has absconded and evaded receipt of notice. Otherwise employ the services of a detective agency to find out his present address. It will be a costly proposition. This is the price you have to pay for bad company you had.

Re: check Bounce-Change of Address

You may serve him notice on the last known address; or you may obtain his address from the bank.
