Legal Question in Banking Law in India

how can I Complain

While depositing the amount in Bank I had gave the money to a cashier while keeping a faithe in him, But some body came from my back & took my money stating the casier that I had want it back, Now if the cashier is refused to pay my money then what will I do.

The cashier may not be responsible. You should have stayed back and obtained the receipt.

you have to blame yourself for the mess. If you have any witness to your handing over the money to cashier, find out him and see whether he will corroborate your statement. If there is no witness, nothing can be done. file a complaint to the branch of the bank. If they investigate well and good. If they wash their hands off, you have only to resent your fate for having handed over the money without proper receipt.

Well!! you cannot do much because your providing of money to the cashier was not out of contractual obligation but only out of good faith. I suggest file a compliant with the local police and let them ivestigate the matter. Though, legally cashier is not bound to refund the money.
