Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hello,

Please help me i want to file a case on company behalf of bounced cheque.. and if i'll send notice to them or they have changed office so which kind of action can take.. or what will be happen... because now i don't have new address of them...

it is advisable to send notice to the present address of the company if it can be found. non service of notice may prove fatal to your case.
