i am small businessman. I am regular deal with one distributor at jaipur. now last one year I am not deal with them. my two security chq already given for security purpose. Now the distributor demanding more money for return the chq. I am try to compromised with them but they want to more money for returning chq . now they send me a legal notice for withdrawn chq with Rs 90000/-. I already have a/c settlement statement . what should I do for this matter

Send reply of legal notice and file civil suit for returning the cheque and u can make complaint to police and for more u can contact m
