(It is realting to a chq bounce case and also my advocate told me to come only on the day of the case and not before that, because the police will take me into custody as we cannot cancel the warrant because it was issued the second time.. In your facts, it is issued probably for non-appearance.Consult local lawyer.

First your lawyer can apply to cancel the order of cancellation of bail else you have to get anticipatory bail from High court for non appearance due to some solid ground and u can do it before your next date.

Non bailable warrant is one where one arrested by the police pursuant to the same, the person arrested cannot be released unless bail is granted by the court where he is produced or on whose warrant he is arrested. Better surrender to the court on the day fixed for hearing and seek bail thru your Advocate.
