Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Warrant has been cancelled by baroda court for my criminal case 138 negociable instument act , h d f c bank submitted said 138 act for 15720 inr for my hdfc bank lon . may i repay it or not please advise me immediately thanks.

as per the supreme court in a negotiable instrument act (AIR 2010 SC 1907) you may pay the amount of cheque with a deposit of 10% of the cheque in State Legal Aid and can just walk out of the matter.
