Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India

criminal case 406,420,465,467,479 can withdraw in india, I was working with retail store and i misused my store money and make forgery with bank stamp. FIR already registred on me and now I am on bail but for my better future i am ready to give money and want to make settelment. is it possible to withdraw this case please advise i want to get out of it

420 is compoundable but 467 is not. so you may have to approach the high court for quashing the f.i.r on the basis of compromise.

Your offences cannot be compounded by the court because even if one section of offence is non-compoundable then the entire section of offence against you becomes non-compoundable. Only remedy would be by moving the high Court under section 482 for quashing the FIR with the help of the complainant.
