Legal Question in Business Law in India

In India, can a Sole Proprietership firm, getting into the business of BPO, get the Dept. Of Telecom's OSP License? I currently have the Shopact License as a sole proprieter & I want to open a BPO, I currently have business in hand which I need to start within 2 weeks and I am not being given the OSP License untill I register as a Pvt. Ltd company under act 1956. Please help as soon as possible.

As per the new guidelines of DOT, OSP License is granted to incorporated Company, so there is no choice left except to incorporation of a company. we advise that before starting business, there should be proper planing of finance, HR, Marketing, Compliance of law etc. So it is better first jot down all the points, then start your business activity.
