Legal Question in Business Law in India

I took shop on rent before 20days without any furniture fixture on 7500 per month and decided regular lease agreement which not yet done. Later I did furniture in shop for my use and with my own expended. Now land lord gave me copy of 2 agreement one for shop and another for furniture fixture with half rent of total 3750 rs. For shop n 3750rs for furniture.

In furniture agreement it shows that I cannot move any furniture or take away after deed expire or on vacant.. Landlord says it's for his tax benefit and I should trust him...

Should I do this type agreement kindly advice...it's urgent..thanks..

Well, if you execute this kind of agreement, you may not be able to remove your furniture at the time of eviction. Therefore, in law, such an agreement may be harmful to you. It is still time, you may refuse to sign the agreement and leave the shop removing your furniture, if you cannot afford loosing your furniture (depending upon its value).
