Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hi sir,

Have you listened about Nmart retail store and they are doing Network marketing . They are collecting Rs 5,500 and giving benefits and income through network marketing. May I know is it legal or not in India...?

And how could I know about the company whether we can trust the company in long run or not...?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Pay the monies if and only if :

a) You are seriously interested and are keen to promote and market their products &

b) You are receiving goods worth the amount you are paying them.

Many such Companies generally from the US, collect an initial registration fee, which is a waste if you initially decide to become their member, and then do not go ahead with the promotion and marketing of their products after registration.

So think twice before you enroll for any network marketing scheme.
