Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir,
My question is that whether a Company dealing in Footwear and Garments of reputed brand like action, liberty, lakhani, woodland, reebok etc can entered into Agreement with other party for sale of their goods on commission basis as " Agreement of Franchisee " or any other form of Agreement.

in case the agreement with third party does not infringe the agreement already entered by the dealer.
