Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello, I was born in Mumbai in 1988 and have lived all my life in Maharashtra. What are the rules for issuing me a domicile certicate? I have submitted required proof which they asked me at first visit(birth certificate, address proof, fathers domicile, ration card, proof of residence of 15 years back, ssc certificate, leaving certificate 12th.) at old custom house Mumbai, but now they are asking for residence proof for every year for last 15 years. They also asked money, but I refused to pay. Please help.
