Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

three brother buy three plots and then jointly made complex on that property after two brother give those part to one brother and execute family settlement attested by notary pubic then one brother made gift deed to their part but one deny to follow the provision of that settlement and try to sale their part then I file suit against him. What is the legal position of that settlement it is valid or not if that is valid please provide some citations.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Let's keep it very simple. Three brothers purchased three plots of land means each of them is individually the owner of one plot of land each; and they collectively developed a complex on that property. Each brother will still be individually entitled to the sale of development rights / flats / shops in one-to-one proportion of each brother's part of the land.
